For those who really know the two of us, know we don't do anything in a small way, let alone follow the norm. We have chosen to break away from the traditional wedding and, in order for this special occasion to lend itself to our lifestyle, we have decided to go with the Vintage Western Wedding. That’s right, Cowboy hats and all! So come dressed appropriately and comfortably.
Our good friends Bill and Shelly Berman have been gracious enough to allow us to be wed at the Shelbi Ranch located at 850 Ballard Canyon Rd in Solvang, California, for which we could not be more honored. Thank You both!
Though we will be wed in the evening, the festivities will begin around 1:00 p.m. and lunch will be served around 3:00 p.m. We hope you all will come early and have some fun.
Typically weddings have a reception AFTER the wedding...... Well, we want to have some fun with our family and friends prior to our ceremony.
We ask that you arrive early and play a round of miniature golf, volleyball or just play and relax.
There will be plenty of activities and time to visit.
After the Wedding we will cut the cake and have some time to socialize and maybe even a dance or two.
We have arrangements with the Days Inn located at 114 E Highway 246 in Buellton, California. They have agreed to "hold" a block of rooms for our guests; however reservations must be made before June 6th.
We would first like to express our sincere appreciation to all of our many friends and family members who have helped us get to where we are today and are visiting our wedding website. We have had so much fun and experienced so much this far in our journey. We are excited to begin the next stage in our lives together and sincerely hope you will all come and share this very special day with us.
